Transfer PPF account from post office to SBI

I have PPF account in post office. But i want to make payment through netbanking, so i want to transfer my PPF acconut to SBI. Is it possible? What is the procedure to get it done and how much time will it take?

Yes it is possible to shift your PPF Account from Post Office to SBI....

You can either submit the transfer form in the Post Office or submit your PPF Account Pass book to the SBI branch and then they will collect the proceeds from Post Office
