I have to transfer dhbvn connection from my seller's name to my name. Plaese advise the procedure, charges & link of dhbvn website where transfer form is available.My house is located in M-block, rajendra Park, Old Gurgaon.

Please visit your local electricity office for same. They should be able to help you out.
