Name printed on PAN Card

Name printed on PAN Card is different from name in Income Tax Database. The PAN Card has been submitted for bank account. Can having a bank account with name printed on PAN Card create problem?

There should be same name on income tax documents and PAN card. Please get it corrected as soon as possible.

If it's incorrect in PAN card, its a bigger issue and you should not use it as ID proof for providing it to banks for opening an account. First get it corrected by applying for correction in PAN and then only use it.

But if your name on PAN card is correct, you can go ahead with opening account with this details. there would not be an issue with it.
