Sir, i have misplaced my boarding passes somewhere in the Andamans, and even our return flight passes got drenched in the rain..... it seems we have a month to furnish those. Officially there is no need to submit LTA proofs to employer as per a court rule. Supreme court of India gave ruling that employers, while reimbursing LTA claims of their employees, are under no statutory obligation to collect evidence and provide them to tax authorities. But still most of the employers stick to collecting proofs for LTA.
