My questions is I am getting Rs 26000/- per month from my employer as conveyance reimbursement for the car owned by me. Which includes - 1. driver salary employed by me 2. fuel expenses. & 3. EMI for the car This is over and above the normal conveyance allowed under IT rules (rs 800/Pm or Rs9600/PA. I hope to find an answer to it. Thanks

In case you own the car and use it for official purposes also, then maximum 1800 or 2400 Rs per month (for smaller and big car respectively) can be non-taxable.

Apart from this, 900 Rs per month can also be made non-taxable for driver salary.

By the way, what is your query in above statement?
