Hello, Can we submit the proof of interest paid as part of education loan while filing returns? I didn't submit my education loan repayment proof to my employer and hence my form 16 doesn't show it under 80E. Can you suggest how can I submit the proof now while filing the ITR-1 and can get the refund of income tax deducted? How income tax department will verify about my education loan ?
