I have taken a leasehold property from a PSU in the year of 2002. The same was registered in the year of 2012. I have sold the same (transferred the lease) in 2013. The registration is still pending. Which dates will be considered for calculation of LTCG? The date of lease / date of registration?

As there is long gap between lease and registration date, you can use lease date for LTCG computation
