hello sir, if an employee has a recovery in full & final settlement, does form 16 will contain negative salary? and if not then what proofs need to submit while filling income tax return along with form 16?

Payment due to shortfall in serving notice period is an expense and deduction is not available for it.

Its a penalty imposed by the employer for not serving notice period. In Income tax no exemption or deduction is allowed for penalty.
