I am interested in launching a company where people can pool in money that I can invest in Gold and silver markets in India. I've personally been into Forex markets for over seven years now while having won a trading contract with a UK based Hedge fund, two contracts to be the chief mentor to hundreds of trading clients of two U.s. based companies.
However, serious forex trading doesn't exist in India and hence I would like to launch a small venture in Gold and silver markets in India.
Could you please brief me on the formalities involved before I raise Public Money? What all licences are required if any? Where would I need to register my Company, Under Sebi?Can I directly work with the bank and start a mutual fund? Is there any short cut to keep the entire process short and start raising money?
