I Have purchased a plot in 1997 at 1,20,000 and now im selling at 45,00,000 in Bhubaneswar. Also im planning to purchase a house in bangalore in my son\daughter in law name. How much tax or Capital gain tax i have to pay?

In case new residential house property price is more than sale consideration of plot, there won't be any income tax payable u/s 54F.
