I am facing this problem and need your kind suggestion. I have an ECR stamp on my passport. The problem is that my matric certificate has a different DOB as compared to my passport. I have got an offer in the UAE and the employer has put my visa in processing. My passport has been issued in the RPO Chandigarh. I have my attested MBA degree, BBA degree, 12th certificate (which does not have a date of birth), ITR returns & Pan card (DOB is different again). Since i am in Dubai right now on a visit, i went to the passport services counter but they told me they serve only resident visa holders and otherwise the process is very cumbersome. How can i get the ECNR stamp? Kindly let me know urgently. Thanks, Ashish
