Hi, I worked for Company A for 5 months in year 2011. Now I am going to join a new job in July 2014. I have not settled my previous PF account with Company A. and I dont want to tell about it to my new employer. Will It be a problem to have multiple PF accounts?

There is no issue with more than one EPF accounts. EPF account changes with employer so whenever one changes job, a new account would be opened by new employer.
However, one should transfer amount from old account to new one to keep earning interest on balance amount.
