What account number shall citibank account holder give to get the refund directly into account? Because it min digits in account number required is 11, while, citibank account has only 10 digits.
ITR Refund direct deposit account number has to be equal or more than 11. How citibank account holders get the refund directly?

I think, you should use another account, if you have, if you want refund directly deposited to your bank account. Else you will only get refund by a cheque.
Citibank does not also supports putting zero before account number to make it 11 digit.
