Dear Sir,
I purchased a Flat of 90 sq. yard in Sainik colony. It has proper registry with all legal documents. Now, I just came to know that New Electricity connections are not allowed here by DHBVN (Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam). They are providing reasons that a lot of dues are pending from Sainik Colony society to DHBVN. But as a buyer I have paid all payments in Registry of flat to Muncipal Corporation of Faridabad . I am very much worried about this. Can you suggest some way to find the solution.
