I had applied for new PAN Card but after a long time my pan card status is still pending. Then again I file new pan card application. After some time I have received 1st Pan Cards, I file return on 1st PAN Card. Later I received other PAN Card. I noticed that my 1st card AO is for Bilaspur, Chattisgarh, but I am from Shimla , Himachal Pradesh. Then I file again application for surrender of PAN Card and change of AO Code. Later, when i received my card, I check my online status on website which shows multiple entry. And their is no change of AO Address.
What can i do, How can I surrender my 2nd PAN Card or how can i Change my AO Code details. Kindly help me.
