I do have FD @ BANK X and my wife has saving a/c and FD at BANK Y. Can I gift my FD to wife? If yes, what's the procedure? Any special concern needed if I want to gift multiple FDs.

You can gift amount to your wife and she can have fixed deposits done in her name.
As such, we are not aware of option of gifting fixed deposits. Bank may not change name on FD.
