HRA & Loss from House property claim in Same city for 2 houses

Hi, I have 2 houses in Jaipur. Both have been given on rent and I received income from both of them. Now I also plan to shift to the same city but will be living in a rented accomodation there. My question is that can I claim 1) HRA excemption as I will be paying rent 2) Loss from house property on both the houses as both are let out

None of the 3 are near each other Please revert Thanks

As per tax laws, you can claim HRA exemption as well as house property loss simultaneously. But IT department may object in case you have a house property in same city.
