My nephew who is 18 years old has ECR stamp in his passport. I am his legal guardian and he doesn't have parents. We want to travel to Dubai for 8 days for tourism, is ECR needed on his passport and if yes, then how long does it take?

For tourist purposes, ECNR is not needed for any country.
