Hi Pankaj, I have been staying in dubai for more than 1 year. Basically i have come through visit visa and got employed here. Now my passport has ECR stamp. I will be going for vacation next week to india. Will i face any issues at immigration while coming back to dubai ? I have valid employment visa and my passport also has resident stamped.

As now you would be traveling for job, you would need ECNR status or emigration check before leaving India.
