Dear Pankaj Ji,
I have bought an apartment from a builder and have entered into Agreement for Sale in my name which is registered with sub registrar by paying stamp duty as required (1percent), the apartment is yet to be finally registered. How can I add my wife's name too in the property as a joint holder ?
