I got your contact and wanted to get information from you regarding my PF withdrawal which I filed an year back and still haven't got money for it. Copying below the latest status. Would you be able to help how I can move forward on this?

First action should be filing a compliant online on EPF Grievance management system. If they don't respond or reply is useless, you should file RTI to know status of refund and reason for delay.

We have seen in past that as soon as you file a RTI, pending EPF refunds are processed.
