Dear sir, My TDS refund for Ass. yr 2011-12 is determined on NOV 2011 .But department didnt send any requirement and not send refund cheque.where should i complain about it. please provide me some details and related contact number.my PAN no. is AAWPA8155E. my email id is **[email protected]**

For any refund related query you should contact Aaykar Sampark Kendra at 0124-2438000. For refund related query/ or any modification in refund record relating to Return processed at CPC Bangalore, the CPC may be contacted on 1-8004252229 or 080-43456700.
Status of the refund can also be tracked by contacting the help desk of SBI's at toll free number: 18004259760 or 080-26599760.
Also check Form 26AS if same shows any entry for refund in AY 2012-13.
