Hi, I’m working in a Software company as a Professional and living in Mumbai as rent basis with my wife only. I’m getting a Fixed amount as a Professional fees, they deduct 10% as a TDS only no other deductions at all. My question is, Can I get rent allowance deduction under 80GG while filing for TDS refund?
