For the assessment year 2009- 2010, there was an intimation u/s 143(1) from the IT dept saying that I need to pay 19k. They hadnot taken into account the 80C deductions of 1 lakh and they have raised it as a demand. I tried to reach them , they asked me raise an online rectification but again it stands there... Its been more than a year and I still am not clear what to do. Can you please let me know anything on this?
