Hi I had subscribed for NPS through India Post in Bangalore.As I shifted to Mumbai I was unaware of where to make the payments. So by account has been freezed,so what r the formalities to activate it.

There is a penalty of Rs 100 per year in case of no contribution is made in the account. Such account would become dormant.
To reactivate account, you would need to contribute atleast for minimum amount along with penalty for previous years.
