PLANNING TO INVEST RS.5 LAKH IN MUTUAL FUNDS.COULD U PLEASE SUGGEST A FEW MUTUAL FUNDS FOR LONG TERM AND SHORT TERM INVESTMENT HAVING CHANCES OF MAXIMUM RETURN.CAN U PLEASE QUOTE THE PROBABLE PERCENTAGE OF RETURN FROM EACH MUTUAL FUND.

Mutual fund does not have guaranteed returns and are riskier in nature. If you want safe returns, you can invest into Fixed deposits, PF or Fixed maturity plans.
