what should be Salary structure under new DTC 2012 which gives maximum tax saving ? Like - Basic, HRA, Medical reimbursement, etc.

There won't be any much changes required in salary structure after direct tax code.

Only tax saving instruments under 80-C would be impacted and would need to be realigned.
