Didn't file IT returns before 31july11

I have not submitted my IT returns before july31,2011 for the FY2010-2011. I am planning to file my returns now, how much penality should I need to pay to IT dept?

I am planning to file from online websites like (easyitfiling.com) by uploading form16. How much fee should I need to pay to them. suggest me a free one. Do you need to post the ack copy to Banglore IT office if we file as above.

Please answer my above queries as early as possible.

There won't be any penalty if you file before end of assessment year (by 31st March, 2011).

However, if there is any tax due, interest may be payable under section 234a, b and c.
