ECR for my mother

Hi Pankaj,

I am in my husband's visa (house wife)in Abudhabi. As I am prgenant, I would like to bring my mother here at the time of delivery. She is 65 yrs old and she completed 6th standard. My doubt is is she require ECNR? Pls guide me.

She won't need ECNR stamp as she is not going for employment or business.

Even if she wants ECNR stamp, she can get that as all person above 60 years of age are eligible for ECNR.
