Hi I had applied for reissue of passport and got the new, but in it on the 2nd page ECR stamp is put but in my earlier passport I had ECNR stamp. I'm visiting Malaysia on visit visa for 4 days. Do I need to ECNR stamp done before leaving or not required. Pls. advice immd. as I need to travel in next 2 days. Regards Mkonda

ECNR stamp is not required for visit visa. Its only required if you are going for employment or business.
