My housing loan interest works out to be Rs. 3.5 lacs apprx for the current F.Y. 2011-12. I have let out the flat. Up to what amount I will get exemption on account of loss on house property.

For let out properties, there is no max limit for exemption towards paid home loan interest. If you show rental income, exemption for whole 3.5 lacs can be availed.
