ITR Return proof submission

I have already created xml file for ITR e-filling. My question is : I would be getting money back as I my tax was collected more then it should because I was not able to submit the proofs-LIC receipts to my employer.

Now is it necessary for me to to send the Proofs-LIC receipts and how.

You will get refund back as per your declaration in income tax return.

No document/proof needs to be sent to IT department for same. They will take action based on your signed declaration in ITR.
