Hi I work in gurgaon and have a flat in pune which has been rented . I have taken a loan for the same Will the interst rebate limit will be 1.5 lac or its no limit ? My HR says its 1.5 Lac , if not , could you please tell me the section under which it is limitless for income tax exemption ? Regards Mayank

For self occupied home, the limit is 1.5 lakhs but for subequent homes, there is no limit. It is as per sec 24 b.
