Ibooked a flat in an under construction building during 1994 December.Registration was done during March 1994.payments were made in instalments as per agreement.1994 april,1994 august,1995December and in1996 april and final instalment in september1996.possesion during December 1996.If i sell my flat now(2001) how to calculate indexed cost for LTTG
