Hello Pankaj I was working with US MNC company (Regal Beloit) in Faridabad. My company made me to apply H1/B1 visa for sending me to US regarding the training of machine which we bought(from our parent compnay in US) there so I can install and made it operational when it comes back to our plant in Faridabad. My visa got rejected because Visa counsllor says that number of days for visa is more than required. Then again I applied after one month , it got rejected coz he say reason is not strong enough.This happen in january 2011
After that now I join a very reputed oil compnay Schlumberger in April. They sent all their new employees for manadatory technical training either to ABU dhabi or US. Recently my Abu dhabi visa got rejected which was forwarded from Abu Dhabi traing center with no reason given by embassy. (May be coz of ECNR stamp I think) Now I have to go to US at any cost for 2 months traing. Pls suggest best steps so I got lucky this time
