Hello sir , I am having a Flat in mumbai on which I have taken Home loan . But I do not stay there .
I stay in my parents Home in Mumbai itself . In such case , how to claim both HRA & HOME LOAN benefits ? pls help ..

In case you own an apartment and your office is in the same city, then you cannot claim both HRA and home loan benefits. In case you still do so, there might be issue when income tax department raise query or call for scrutiny.
