Dear pankaj, i am travelling to USA on 3rd june and just noticed i have a ECR stamp on my passport. i am travelling with my wife for 25 days and also have a return ticket as well as USA VISA for 10 years. would there be any problem clearing the immigration counter at new delhi airport or at new york jfk airpot. kindly advise and if i do require to get ECNR stamped how many days would it take and what documents are required.
