Revised ITR for AY 209-10

I've filed AY 2009-10 return on Paper. For AY 2010-11 while i was filing online return. I commit mistake and paid self assessment tax for AY 2009-10.

Now while i am filing revised ITR for AY 2009-10 online, getting error that "This is your first return, so please choose 'Original' option".

So Can i make it original instead of Revised in online return file or Do i need to submit Paper ITR.

As return was filed offline on paper for AY 2009-10, Income tax return filing website won't accept a revised return for same. You will have to submit revised return in income tax office only like original return.

Also, your old return might have been processed by now for AY 2009-10, so I doubt that revised one will be accepted.
