Monthly we are spending Rs.500/- and above on Internet expenses. Are that expenses could be deducted from Income of Retired Employees

In case you have income from business/profession, then expenses for running business can be considered for exemption while filing income tax returns.
In case of salaried employees (or on pension), this can not be treated for tax exemption, unless its provided as allowance by employer and you get reimbursements for same.
