ABOUT SELLING OF SHARES

I BUY THE SHARES IN 02/02/2010 THEN WHEN I SHOULD SELL THE SHARES WHICH WILL TAX FREE.

If STT (securities transaction tax) is paid while buying & selling these stocks and same are kept at-least for a year, then Long term gain will be applicable and tax will be zero.

This does not apply only in case if you are not a normal investor but a trader (who does heavy trading in shares).
